Handhelds

So what Handhelds is everyone using?

I've built up a bit of a collection whilst I was studying for my Foundation exam.

I've the following:

Icom ID-52e
Retevis RT3s
Baofeng UV21pro v2
Quansheng UV-K5 x2

Everyone seems to be getting the Quanshengs they are incredibly cheap on Aliexpress and for the money it really does make you wonder how the heck they can make it for the money! it has an amazing aray for available firmwares you can tinker around with. You can use it as a receiver/scanner for airband/marine etc and it will receive over a huge frequency range too. oh and its a pretty decent 2m/70cm radio too :)

Has anyone else grabbed one for a bit of fettling?

I definitely need to get the UV-K5 looks amazing!

The 52 is my absolute favourite handheld radio, can do so much with it

For DMR I use the ailince HD1 but I see they have released the HD2 now so can't wait to try that at some point :)
